Placing an order with CFPro.com.hk is easy. An statement will be created once you've placed your first order online.
We also can accept orders by phone, fax or e-mail. Please contact us anytime for details.

Finding Items

First you will need to browse for the items you would like to order. You can also browse products directly through our categories which are listed on the top of our site. When you find an item that interests you, click the title, name or picture of the item to see the detailed product information page. Here you will find more information about the item, including availability and estimate of how long it will take before the item will be ready to leave our warehouse.

Select a Shipping Type

Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. We offer different shipping services suitable for different requirements. Shipment methods differ from the shipping lead time, online tracking availability and of course the price. All shipping types are registered and insured parcels.

How To Pay

PayPal

The fast, free, easy, secure way to make online payments, in 56 countries and regions. With PayPal, you can shop without sharing your financial information - privacy is built in. And you control how you pay (bank account, your PayPal balance or credit card).

Bank transfer

CF Pro maintains bank accounts in Hong Kong to allow customers domestic transfers for a low fee. This option is suggested for customers without PayPal account. For customers in most European countries we suggest using Moneybookers which allow transactions for a very low fee.

For all non-instant payment options (ie, other than Credit Card or Paypal), an E-Mail describing the payment procedure will be sent upon checkout.

We currently do not accept check payments, money orders, cash, C.O.D. shipments or any other not listed means of payment. Payments are collected in US Dollar only unless stated differently in our payment e-mail (like for local bank transfer payments in different currency).

CF Pro reserves the right to verify credit card payments or to refuse orders from certain areas with high credit card fraud rates. Instructions shall be sent after checkout.
